Nacro Tenant Voice Group

Your chance to influence housing services

The Tenant Voice Group is an informal forum for tenants living in Nacro-managed or supported housing. It’s a space for tenants to share their experiences, provide feedback on housing services, and work collaboratively with us to improve the homes and services we deliver.

By participating, you can help guide Nacro housing consultation processes, influence new policies, and shape the future of housing services in your community.

Why join the Tenant Voice Group?

The group has been set up to strengthen tenant participation and give residents a meaningful opportunity to use their experiences to influence our housing services. Your feedback helps us understand what matters most to tenants and ensures your voice is at the heart of decision-making.

This is part of Nacro’s wider commitment to resident involvement, where we listen to what our tenants say and act on it. The tenant group are also consulted on how to improve Nacro services, policies, and service user focused communications such as induction information or letters.
